Ram Gopal Varma has had quite a few favorites – right from Urmila Matondkar to Nisha Kothari to the extremely sensual Jiah Khan and before you get the wrong idea, we’re only talking about all of Ramu’s muses.

But while being Ramu’s discovery at one time was your ticket to stardom, these days it doesn’t carry the same weight, especially considering Ramu’s whims and fancies change in quick succession!

But we doubt that Nisha Kothari would agree. After all, Nisha has often been touted as Ramu’s favourite muse and has even bagged the coveted role of ‘Ghungaroo’ opposite Ajay Devgan in Varma’s much talked about remake of ‘Sholay’.

So considering Nisha’s close relationship with Ramu which goes back to her debut film ‘James’, we’re guessing it must have stung quite a bit when Jiah Khan was being touted as Ramu’s latest discovery. Rumour has it that RGV and Nisha had quite a falling out over the lollipop sucking Jiah resulting in Ramu pretty much cutting the cord where Jiah was concerned.

However, when asked about her reported rivalry with Jiah, Nisha brushes off the issue saying, “Everyone is doing his or her own job, what’s the problem.”

But it certainly seems like Jiah doesn’t seem to be overly concerned — having quite a few projects lined up outside the RGV camp including Aamir Khan’s ‘Gajini’, the young lass seems to be climbing the rungs of the Bollywood pretty well on her own.

Nisha on her part however remains loyal to the RGV camp and to come to think of it she does not even have much choice there. So we can safely proclaim Jiah Khan as the winner of Round One of this asinine war!
